Second time to book with this company, and the standard is still incredibly high. Each day is tailored completely to the desires of your group, even better than you could have imagined. Paul has cultivated so many relationships across Napa & Sonoma that even the wineries love him. Trust them with your tour and it will be the easiest/best decision that you can make!

Our experience with Napa Valley Wine Excursions was outstanding from start to finish. While our driver, Jen, was wonderful, what really set this company apart was Paul’s attention to detail during the planning process. After a few conversations and exchanging emails about what our group enjoys, Paul put together an itinerary that felt like it was designed specifically for us. Every recommendation—from the wineries to the pacing of the day—fit our preferences perfectly. It was clear that he took the time to understand the type of experience we were looking for rather than simply suggesting a standard wine tour. Jen was professional, personable, knowledgeable and fun. She kept everything running smoothly so we could relax and fully enjoy our day. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a company that goes beyond simply providing transportation and instead creates a thoughtfully curated Napa Valley experience, I highly recommend Napa Valley Wine Excursions. We enjoyed our day so much that we’re already planning to book another tour with them on our next visit to Napa Valley.

Paul was an absolutely incredible tour guide and set us up with the most exclusive and amazing vineyards for tastings. He is seriously the best and as he likes to say, the proof is in the pudding. Such a top quality experience.

My husband and I have vacationed in Napa several times, always planning our own winery visits. A friend of ours recommended Paul with Napa Valley Wine Excursions. Paul planned our 3 day itinerary including restaurants. We visited the most wonderful small family owned wineries. Not only did we go home with some delicious unique wines, but the experiences and people we met were unforgettable. John was our driver/guide and he was exceptional. Our stay was very rustic and simple, no breakfast and no car. John picked up pastries and coffee for us each morning before taking us out for our day. Having worked in the wine industry, he was knowledgeable, easy conversation and made the day flow seamlessly. The whole experience exceeded our expectations! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I cannot recommend Napa Valley Wine Excursions and Paul highly enough! From our very first interaction, Paul was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He truly listened to our group’s preferences and curated an unforgettable day, introducing us to vineyards we never would have discovered on our own. Our driver, Jacob, was equally wonderful—kind, patient, and impressively able to keep a group of nine girls on schedule (no small feat!). My friends and I take a group trip every year, and this was hands-down our best one yet—thanks to the NVWE team. We will absolutely be back and will be working with them again. Highly, highly recommend!

We used Paul Bailey with Napa Valley Wine Excursions to plan our first Napa trip for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! Paul was so prompt and thoughtful — every stop felt hand-picked just for us. Chris, our driver, was wonderful company and made it a great day! Truly a five-star experience — Paul is an expert at creating unforgettable Napa days.
